Regulatory Training Course Returns

Following the interest in our regulatory training course back in September 2011, we are teaming up with law firm Walker Morris again to put on the course for a second time. The one day event is specifically tailored towards short term lenders (over the counter and online) and will cover major aspects of regulation directly affecting those businesses, including;

• Data Protection Act and Privacy in electronic communications regulations

• Responding to subject access requests
Both BCCA members and non-members are welcome to attend the course. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
